Linda Anumele
Linda Anumele is a founding member of Flovel Group and serves as the CEO. Flovel group is dedicated to providing its customers with comfortable and quality residential services.
With a background as a Reservoir Engineer at Chevron, her career relocated her to many different cities and states. Her experiences frequently connected her with realtors, which led her to her dream of investing, and subsequently becoming trained, in real estate. Through her engineering career, Linda became proficient in detailed design, planning, and project management. Coupling that with her dedication to help and share her knowledge of real estate with her clients, Linda is capable and willing to navigate all the obstacles and challenges of providing them with exactly what they are looking for.
Linda’s experiences in the fields of mechanical and petroleum engineering and real estate have given her a unique perspective of ensuring her clients are happy and supported during the entire process of renting, buying, or selling residential or office properties. Her motivation in pursuing real estate developed from her commitment to helping others who might find themselves in similar situations as hers, and to make sure they have the best, least stressful experience possible.
I have invested in Real Estate for the past 10 years. In multifamily alone, I have invested in over 800 doors. Single family residence (SFR) investments have averaged 56% annual return and 22% cash-on-cash. I acquire, own and manage these properties across 2 cities.
